The word

But at the outset it should be said that there is no simple answer. The main reason for this is that the autoclaves vary in what is in them actually work (sterilized) and as a result azcentral of sterilization means for users autoclave. Some of our clients book by two weeks of our ongoing work in only one autoclave, and the other when they hear that there are customers that are considered "not normal" or that it was a mistake, or that we have invented to emphasize the extent important. But it should actually be, someone should spend 2 weeks, and one 2-hour calibration autoclave. A decision must be made about the client, but we are always azcentral happy to help and discuss.
Often it is a bad solution when a client decides azcentral to do the calibration as they did to him so far. Of course, in many cases there is no reason for it, but if the reason is not known, then we recommend that the scope and type of calibration again thinking azcentral and consults with calibration laboratories.
There is a situation in our view is simple. Calibration chamber space is much much better, and the reason is simple. Built-in temperature probe autoclave is located in a structurally specific location. At this point there are not your samples / objects you want thermally treated in an autoclave. Therefore, you can not quite be sure that the temperature at the internal probe similar to the room temperature autoclave where the samples are placed. Of course, someone will say, and there is increased pressure azcentral which significantly contributes to the equalization room temperature. This is certainly true, but even small temperature differences in the autoclave can be crucial to your process and often in calibration ascertain azcentral that these small differences too large for your requirements. It can not be determined only probe calibration autoclave. azcentral
However, azcentral sometimes the space between the two calibration chamber justified only calibrated azcentral temperature probe autoclave (usually for financial reasons). But be aware that this includes removing the probe from the autoclave, to send to the laboratory for calibration etc, etc ...
Gauge is a subsidiary measure in an autoclave, and it is well calibrated, but the distribution of the pressure in the autoclave is uniform, unlike the distribution of temperature. However, one should remember that it may relate to some legal requirements azcentral for which in turn required verification.
If your calibration laboratory for calibration of thermocouples definitely watch for it to be of type T thermocouples, because other types of thermocouples are best suited to work in autoclaves, and they are not reliable enough. The advantage of thermocouples is that they usually have a lot of labs and the distribution of temperature in the autoclave can be monitored at 10, 15 or more spatial points at the same time (of course, only if you need it) and have a relatively fast response. Also, thermocouples are connected commonly to a logger or computer and measurement results can be monitored in real time, and possibly make a decision to end the cycle if there is something wrong. In this sense, thermocouples save time. However, it is important to estimate the amount of time spent thermocouples due process of installing and fixing probe in an autoclave. Often it is not at all negligible. So, again, it is best to discuss this with the calibration laboratory.
Wireless probes are however much more convenient if you do not have to carry out calibration of the large number of spatial points in the autoclave, and the reliability of them is equivalent to the T-type thermocouples (again, other types of thermocouples do not recommend). Often, for example, thermocouples suitable for the pharmaceutical and wireless probes in the food industry, but it should not be seen as a policy. Of course, a situation in which the wireless probe is irreplaceable when it autoclave no "channel to calibrate." In any case, if you use the wireless probes, our recommendation is to use at least two, in order to estimate the temperature difference in different parts of the autoclave.
An array is similar and different names, but all mean a similar, yet significantly different. But the biggest danger is that people sometimes use only one of these calls, and what is being done to the autoclave does not necessarily match the specific name.
The word "calibration" for example, a few years ago has not been used and no calibration is carried out when the autoclaves (and other chamber) in question. So even today customers are not often accustomed azcentral to the terminology that is quite new. We can say that it began to be used more widely by making recommendations to the German DKD-R 5-7, which describes CALIBRATION air chamber whereby this includes dry sterilizers, dryers, refrigerators, etc. Later that Germany accepted the recommendation and euramet as part of its recommendations. Formally, DKD-R 5-7 does not include azcentral autoclaves (since it does not include the chamber in which change and pressure), but introduces terminology and rules for the calibration of space, although the earlier term "calibration" used exclusively for measuring instruments. But it is a very broad topic and it will ost
